A Word About Founder Director
Air Commodore (Dr.) Ashminder Singh Bahal is a gallantry medal awarded fighter pilot who has proved himself at leadership positions in Diplomatic, operational and governance roles both in the government and in the corporate sector. Ph.D and triple masters (MDBA, MSc and MPhil), he was awarded Vayu Sena Medal (Gallantry) in 1999 and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay award for promoting education and skilling throughout India in 2019. A strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset, he has provided effective leadership as Director/Executive Director/Dean in Amity University, Doon Business School, Sharda University and NIOS, Ministry of Education. He also undertook numerous government projects and community development programs as CEO, East Delhi with the then MP, Shree Maheish Girri.
Air Commodore (Dr.) Ashminder Singh Bahal (Retd.)
Working as Consultant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he developed Global Management Development Programs for Finance professionals and Chartered Accountants based world over. The areas covered Global Business Environment, Leadership nuances at different levels, Effective spoken and written communications, Fundamentals of Negotiations, Goal Setting, Emotional Resilience, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Cross Cultural Perception Management. He has numerous publications to him that are referred globally on international relations, national security, aerospace, and management. He founded Bahal Associates in Sep 2022, a consultancy firm, that provides critical research and management training.
